8. With respect to product claims, Ambassadors can make claims not authorized by Shaklee as long as the Consultants believe the claim is factual.
9. If an Ambassador resigns or is deregistered, the Ambassador can return products, on reasonable commercial terms, and currently marketable inventory as part of the buyback process.
10. Requiring a new Ambassador to place a large upfront product order even though the new Consultant may not be able to afford it is one way of guaranteeing success in the business.
