Wake up to the aroma of freshly baked muffins! These Salted Caramel Banana Muffins are naturally sweetened with coconut sugar and bananas and offer a hearty protein boost from our Life Shake.
Ingredients:
- 4 large bananas
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1.5 cups Salted Caramel Life Shake
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup sourdough starter
- 1/2 cup nuts of choice (optional)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mash bananas and mix with coconut sugar and oil.
