Vanilla Chai Smoothie Bowl, submitted by Shaklee Ambassador, Stacey Foley
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 2 scoops Vanilla Chai Life Shake
- 1 frozen banana
- 1-2 Medjool dates, pitted
- 2 tablespoons seed or nut butter of choice
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Optional toppings: sliced banana, granola, seeds or nuts, cinnamon, nutmeg
Directions:
- Add liquid, Life Shake, banana, dates, nut or seed butter, vanilla extract to a blender and blend until preferred consistency.
- Top with banana, granola, nuts or seeds, or spices of choice and serve immediately.
Simple Vanilla Chai Shake, submitted by Shaklee Ambassador, Stacey Foley

Ingredients:
- 2 scoops Vanilla Chai Life Shake
- 1.25 cups liquid of choice (nut milk, water)
- 1 tbsp nut butter of choice
- ½ banana (optional for added sweetness)
- Handful of frozen cauliflower florets (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional for thickness)
Directions:
- Add liquid of choice, nut butter of choice, Life Shake and ice cubes (and if having, banana and cauliflower) and blend to desired thickness. Add more ice cubes for thickness or more liquid to thin out. Top with cinnamon and serve immediately.
Protein-Packed Vanilla Chai Collagen Latte
Serving: 1
Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1-2 chai tea bags
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
- 2 scoops Vanilla Chai Life Shake
- 2 scoops Collagen-9
- ½ cup unsweetened nut milk
- Optional: ice (if making an iced latte)
Directions:
- Add water to a small saucepan.
- Bring water to medium heat (just short of a boil) and add maple syrup and vanilla extract. Stir to combine and let maple syrup dissolve. Don’t let water get too hot, just hot enough to steep the tea bags.
- Add tea bag and remove from saucepan.
- Let steep 5-10 minutes and remove tea bags. Let cool slightly if your blender cannot handle hot liquids.
- In a blender, combine chai tea, nut milk, Life Shake, and Collagen-9. Blend until combined.
- If having iced/cold, pour mixture over ice. If having warm, pour into a mug and reheat as you see fit.
Vanilla Chai Protein Mug Cake
Servings: 1
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops Vanilla Chai Life Shake
- ½ ripe banana, mashed
- ¼ cup nut milk
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tbsp ground flax
- 2 tsp virgin unrefined coconut oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
Directions:
- Add wet ingredients to a bowl and mix until incorporated
- Add dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Slowly pour batter into microwave-safe mug.
- Cook in microwave on high for 1-2 minutes until the middle is set (depending on the strength of the microwave).
- Let cool and enjoy!
