Let’s talk about a powerful topic: personalized nutrition. In my practice as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I get this question all the time, “What do I need to eat for my body’s needs?” And every time someone asks me that, I get excited because it tells me that this person wants to learn and understand their body. Discovery and learning are such great places to start or continue your health journey. My answer to that question is different every time. Why is it different? Well that’s because each person’s body is so unique that one standard answer doesn’t work. I believe in the power of nutrition and that nutrition reaches its fullest potential when it is tailored to the individual. Since I hold so strongly to this truth, even I, a nutrition expert, have switched my nutrition routine to include my personalized Meology™ daily supplement packs.
