Pumpkin Spice Protein Muffins

Ingredients:
- ½ cup pumpkin purée
- 4 tbsp Pumpkin Turmeric Spice Life Shake
- ½ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup almond flour
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor and divide into greased muffin tins.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes. Let cool.
- Enjoy!
Pumpkin Spice Overnight Protein Oats

Ingredients:
- 1 empty pint jar with cover
- ¼ cup of oats
- 7 oz milk of choice
- 2 tsp organic pumpkin purée
- 1 scoop Pumpkin Turmeric Spice Life Shake
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- Small handful of walnuts
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a pint jar. Shake it up and refrigerate.
- Serve and top with pumpkin seeds and a dash of pumpkin spice.
- Enjoy!
Pumpkin Spice Cold Press

Ingredients:
- ½ cup cold brew
- ½ cup milk of choice
- 1 scoop Pumpkin Turmeric Spice Life Shake
- 1 scoop Collagen-9
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Ice to taste
Directions:
- Add ice and cold brew to a pint jar.
- Froth your milk of choice with Pumpkin Turmeric Spice Life Shake, Collagen-9, and maple syrup.
- Pour over cold brew and ice.
- Enjoy!
Pumpkin Protein Bars

Serving: 10 Bars
Ingredients:
- 1½ cups oat flour
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- ½ cup Pumpkin Turmeric Spice Life Shake
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup peanut butter or nut butter of choice
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp milk of choice
Directions:
- Line 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flours, Life Shake, honey, and spices and mix well. In a microwave-safe bowl or a small pan on the stovetop, heat your nut butter with your maple syrup until combined.
- Pour your wet mix, vanilla, pumpkin, and milk into the dry mixture and mix well. If the batter is too thick, add extra milk.
- Transfer batter into the prepared pan. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Once firm, cut into bars and enjoy.
Pumpkin Pie Bites

Servings: About 20 bites
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup pumpkin puree
- ¼ cup honey
- ½ cup peanut butter or nut butter of choice
- 1 scoop Pumpkin Turmeric Spice Life Shake
- 1 Scoop Collagen-9
- ¾ cup old fashioned oats, ground in food processor or blender
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin, honey, and peanut butter.
- Add in the oats, Collagen-9, Life Shake, chia seeds, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir well.
- Using a small spoon or scoop, roll into balls. Roll in extra pumpkin Life Shake powder after or sprinkle on top.
- Refrigerate for 15–30 minutes, or until firm, if needed.
Pumpkin Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients:
- 1 cup oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 15 oz pumpkin puree
- 4 scoops Pumpkin Turmeric Spice Life Shake
- 2 scoops Collagen-9
- 4 tbsp chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- In large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except chocolate chips. Mix well.
- Spray 9×9-inch pan and pour in batter. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the oatmeal is baked through fully.
- Let cool, cut, and enjoy!
Pumpkin Spice Donut Holes

Makes about 32 donut holes.
Ingredients:
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 scoops Pumpkin Turmeric Spice Life Shake
- 1 scoop Collagen-9
- ½ cup light brown sugar (or coconut sugar)
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup milk of choice
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
- 1 tsp vanilla
Optional coating:
- 6 tbsp melted unsalted butter
- 1½ tbsp ground cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease a mini muffin pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, Life Shake, Collagen-9, nutmeg, and salt. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, egg, milk, unsalted butter, and vanilla until fully combined.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Spoon batter into the mini muffin cavities about 3⁄4 of the way full. Bake for 11-13 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the donut hole comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Remove the donut holes from the pan to a wire rack to cool.
- If using the coating: Add melted butter to a small bowl. Add the cinnamon, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice to a separate bowl. Take each donut, dunk into the butter, and then dunk into the cinnamon sugar mixture. Serve and enjoy!
Spiced Apple Cider Protein Shake
