Protein Bites

Ingredients:
1 cup oats
½ cup French Vanilla Life Shake Plant Protein™
1 cup peanut butter
½ cup honey
1 tbsp chia seeds
½ cup chocolate chips
Any other add-ins like dried fruit or nuts, or dye-free candies
Directions:
1. Stir ingredients together.
2. Roll into balls.
3. Refrigerate and pull out when you want snacks!
Easy Pumpkin Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups oats
1/2 cup French Vanilla Life Shake Plant Protein™
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup avocado oil or melted coconut oil
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
3/4 c pumpkin puree
2 very ripe bananas
3 eggs
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 °F.
2. Add all ingredients except for chocolate chips to a blender.
3. After ingredients are blended, stir in chocolate chips.
4. Pour batter into a greased 12-cup muffin pan and sprinkle a few more chocolate chips on top.
5. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
6. Allow it to cool in the pan for 10 minutes or so.
