Ingredients:
- 2 scoops Plain & Simple Life Energizing Shake
- 1 banana
- 1-2 Tbsp. peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 cup milk of choice
- Maple syrup or agave to taste (if you like it a little sweeter!)
- Ice (as desired)
