1/2 cup fresh or canned pumpkin puree
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup milk of choice
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Directions:
Combine all ingredients with ice as desired in blender. Blend until creamy.
