Ingredients:
1 pound ground chicken
1 grated carrot
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
4 whole-wheat hamburgers
Tomato slices
Onion slices (lightly caramelized)
For garnish
8 cherry tomatoes
Cilantro twigs
Directions
Mix the chicken,carrots, garlic and all the spices thoroughly. Divide chicken mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a 1/2-inch-thick patty. Heat a large grill pan over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add patties to pan; cook 5 minutes on each side. Warm the burger patties and spread light mayonnaise on each side. Place chicken patty, tomato and onion rings. Using a toothpick, garnish the burger with cherry tomatoes and cilantro.

6 large eggs
1/3 cup plain, fat free Greek yogurt
1/3rd avocado, mashed
1 tsp. yellow mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
For garnish
3 black olives, sliced, cut into very small pieces
1/4th red bell pepper, cut into small triangles
Directions
Boil the eggs in a large pot for 12-15 minutes. Let the eggs cool. Peel the shell from the eggs. Cut the eggs in half, lengthwise. Remove the yolks from the egg whites. Discard three of the egg yolks. Add the remaining 3 egg yolks to a small bowl. Mash the yolks with the back of a fork until there are no large lumps. Add the Greek yogurt, mustard, avocado and all the spices to the bowl. Stir until well combined and smooth. Garnish with olives and red bell peppers (as shown in the picture).
